Here for sale we have a Squier Vintage Modified Fretless Jazz Bass from 2008 in a 3-Colour Sunburst finish. Made in Indonesia, this bass features an Agathis body, a one-piece Maple neck, a Fretless Ebonol fingerboard, white celluloid lines on fingerboard, standard open-gear tuners, and two Duncan Designed JB101 Single-Coil Jazz Bass Pickups with controls for neck volume, bridge volume and tone.
This one piece Maple neck, with typical "C" profile found on most Jazz basses, plays very comfortably. The satin finish to the rear makes for fluid and tactile playing surface while the Ebonol fingerboard offers a durable fretless fingerboard. Classic Jazz Bass body contours are comfortable in the arms, with the cutaways giving great access to the upper register.
The two Duncan Designed JB101 single coil pickups that come with this guitar provide excellent articulation and clarity, which is exactly what you want when playing the fretless bass so that the unique timbre can be heard cutting through the mix at all times. The simple control layout means you dial in warm, low end Jazz tones or punchy bridge tones that cut straight through the mix.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition, very light scratching is apparent to the top edge.
Neck: Overall very good condition, the fingerboard demonstrates moderate "roundwound" markings, which cannot be felt under the string whilst playing. The rear of the neck demonstrates moderate indentation in the middle of the register which can be felt under the thumb whilst playing.
Body: Overall excellent condition, all aspects of the body demonstrate very light scratching visible only under direct lighting at certain angles.

Hardware: Fully functional with very light signs of wear
