Our part exchange service offers all of the benefits of using our collection service, however you also receive a further bonus as a deduction on a guitar we have in stock.

How It Works
1. We Quote
Our part exchange service works similarly to our collection service, the only difference is that you will receive extra in the form of a trade in bonus. Unlike other businesses our amount of trade in bonus is dependant on the guitar you wish to purchase, meaning that there are greater savings on more expensive stock.
2. We Collect
After you have e-signed our contract we will send you our specialised packaging kits and a 24 hour shipping label for you to ship your guitar to us. ​You can either choose to have the guitar collected from your door or you can drop it off at a local post office.
3. We Send You Your New Guitar
When we receive your guitar, we will either process payment or send you an invoice to settle the balance. We very rarely need to get in touch and will only do so if the guitar we receive is significantly damaged, faulty or is missing components.
Last year we paid out in full over 99.5% of the time.

Once settled we will ship out your guitar on a 24 hour label on the next working day.
