No Questions Asked Return
If you just don’t like your new gear you are welcome to return it within 14 days for a full refund. We will ask you to pay the return shipping cost and will need to receive your order back in the condition we sent it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
After you the 14 days have passed you can exchange your order for a credit note for a further 16 days.
Items Damaged in the Post
If you do not feel that you received your order in the condition described you must tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will organise return shipping costs. Please be aware that if you return an item to us and we cannot find a fault we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee of £20 + 3% of the value of items we return.
Items Received Damaged
Sell Us Your Guitar ltd is responsible for ensuring your item arrives with you in good condition. However if your guitar is damaged we may require proof that it has been damaged in the post.
If you notice that the packaging has been damaged please take photographic evidence before you open the parcel. You should also retain all packaging until you have tested the guitar. You have 14 days to report to us that the item has received damage although we recommend telling us as soon as you are aware of the damage.
