Here for sale we have a Seagull Performer CW Concert Hall Q1T Electro-Acoustic Guitar in Burnt Umber finish. Made in Canada, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Solid Spruce top, Laminate Flamed Maple back and sides, Silver Leaf Maple neck and 21 fret Rosewood fingerboard with matching bridge. This guitar is fitted with a set of Gold Seagull sealed tuning machines with pearloid buttons. An undersaddle transducer pickup is fitted, and is wired to a Godin Q1T shoulder-mounted preamp with controls for master volume, bass and treble, as well as an on-board tuner.

The Silver Leaf Maple neck plays very well, with what might be described as a wide 'D' shape profile that fills the hand whilst providing a nicely flattened area to the centre which assists with articulate melody lines. The 1.818" nut width offers ample string spacing for convenient and easy note separation, whilst the Rosewood fingerboard provides a smooth and durable playing surface that is pleasant under the fingers. The 16" radius is traditional for a guitar like this, and delivers a playing experience that is practical for both chord playing, fingerstyle and lead lines.

The acoustic voice of the Seagull Performer CW Concert Hall Q1T is nicely balanced, delivering a warm yet unpronounced low end, open and clear mid range and sparkling top end that beautifully colours every note played on the instrument. The Solid Spruce top projects very well, and provides a wide dynamic range that feels sensitive to the player's touch. The undersaddle transducer pickup is paired with the Godin Q1T preamp, and offers comprehensive control of your sound whilst faithfully conveying the acoustic voice of the instrument. A nicely crafted instrument that is comfortable and practical for a wide range of musical situations.
