Here for sale we have a Ibanez RGIR28FE in Gloss Black finish. Made in Indonesia in 2013, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a basswood body, 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck and 24 Jumbo fret Rosewood fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with Cosmo Black hardware including a Gibraltar Standard-8 fixed bridge and sealed tuning machines. The pickups installed are a pair of EMG 808 humbuckers, these are wired to a 3-way blade switch, master volume control and a killswitch. 
 
The 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck plays well, with the ‘Nitro Wizard-’8 neck profile feeling slim and ergonomic in the hand, allowing for great thumb placement all across the neck, whilst the Rosewood fingerboard and jumbo frets provide a robust playing experience that feels rock solid under the fingers, whilst enhancing string bending and vibrato techniques. The 16" radius ensures that the playing experience is tailored to the needs of the player in all registers. Jumbo frets increase sustain whilst enhancing the feel of vibrato and string bending techniques, providing an even and balanced feel across the strings, particularly in drop tunings. The double cutaway body design provides unobstructed access to the upper register, making solo lines a breeze.
 
The Fishman Fluence Signature Series Tosin Abasi Pickup Set provides a high output and a powerful tone. The neck pickup provides deep low ends which are well defined and great for fast, smooth lead lines. The middle position has punchy and crisp mids whilst the bridge has aggressive, clear and articulate highs. The flexible sound of the RGIR28FE comes from its push-pull control on the volume and tone knobs that allows you to select between pickup voices. Voice 1 pulled up (Modern Active High Output) provides the ideal active alnico sound, full, round, and boosted, but with unprecedented articulation and dynamics. Voice 2 when the push/pull is pushed in (Crisp, clean and fluid) offers the clean, crisp neck humbucker tone you’ve always wanted without the thin, plinky sound you don’t, whilst voice 3 (Single Coil): provides a glassy, crystal-clear tone making for a very versatile guitar for tonal sculpting.
