Here for sale we have an Epiphone SG Standard ‘61 Maestro Vibrola in Vintage Cherry finish. Made in China in 2019, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Mahogany body, Mahogany neck and 22 fret Laurel fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with Chrome hardware including LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge, Maestro Vibrola tailpiece and Epiphone Deluxe Vintage tuning machines. The pickups in this guitar are a pair of ProBucker 2 and 3 humbuckers, wired to the standard SG control layout. 
 
The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with a Slim Taper profile providing a comfortable and ergonomic playing surface. The Gloss finish to the rear of the neck provides effortless navigation up and down the neck, whilst the 12" radius provides a nicely flat and consistent playing experience right the way up the register. The single cutaway body design provides great access to the higher frets, great for those fast lead lines.
 
The pair of Epiphone ProBucker 2 and 3 Humbuckers sound thick and full, the neck pickup provides deep low ends which are defined, great for fast, smooth lead lines. The middle position sounds punchy, with driving mids along with crisp and clear highs making for a nice blend of the two pickups. The bridge position provides open sustain and broad harmonic clarity, making chords sound crystalline and clear. The classic SG wiring gives plenty of versatility without any complicated switching, making this instrument great for tonal sculpting to the players desired taste.
