Here for sale we have a Zenith Supersound 8 watt Valve guitar combo amplifier. Built in the UK circa. 1950’s, this guitar features two inputs, a master tone knob and a off/on/master volume knob. This amp features a 10v 49 1x10 Speaker. The valves inside are labeled as 2d8/796, Foreign Brimar Bvak, 2i8.
 
Supersound was started in 1952 by Alan and Mary Wootton in Kent From a small bedroom in a terrace house specifically making amplifiers. This grew into a whole amplifier range and then they were able to produce guitars.
