Here for sale we have a Vintage VSA500MP semi-hollow electric guitar in Gloss Natural finish. Made in China in 2020, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Laminated Maple body, Mahogany neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Chrome hardware is fitted including a T-O-M style bridge and StopBar tailpiece, as well as a set of Grover Deluxe tuning machines with 'Tulip' buttons. A pair of Tonerider Alnico lV Classic humbucking pickups are installed, and are wired to a 3-way toggle switch, and independent volume and tone controls with a push/pull coil split on each tone control.
 
The Mahogany neck plays well, with Vintage's Soft 'C' profile filling the hand nicely for a substantial yet articulate grip across the register. The 1.687" nut width strikes a comfortable balance between ample string spacing and not being too wide and unwieldy, perfect for a wide range of playing styles & techniques. The offset neck heel results in a deeper treble side cutaway, making access to the upper frets much easier. The familiar lines of the body, clearly based on the ES-335 are comfortable and practical, ensuring that long sessions in either standing or seated positions are a breeze. 
 
The pair of Tonerider Alnico lV Classic pickups deliver thick, full bodied tones, just as you would expect from a Gibson inspired instrument. There is more warmth in the neck position, providing a more mellow tone which is perfect for lead lines. The bridge position is of course brighter, bringing a lovely shimmer to the top end of those rhythm parts and chord sequences. The semi-hollow construction ensures a rich resonance which helps to keep the playing experience feeling lively whilst the coil split feature brings this guitar into the present day, offering great versatility to meet the ever growing needs of modern players.
