Here for sale we have a Takamine Santa Fe Limited Edition PSF94 NEX Electro Acoustic Guitar in Natural Satin finish. Made in Japan in 1994, this guitar consists of a solid Cedar top, Koa back and sides, a Mahogany neck, and a 21-fret Striped Ebony fingerboard. Other appointments include a string-thru Rosewood bridge, X-bracing, Gold tuners with Amber Pearl buttons, American Eagle inlays, and an Accuracoustic Electrics system. This preamp has controls for volume, frequency, level, bass, treble, and an EQ bypass switch.
The Satin Natural finish is framed on top and back by multi-ply Maple purfling, and the soundhole sports a distinct ‘Southwestern’-style rosette which projects the sound beautifully. The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, providing ergonomic thumb positioning and easy fretting up and down the neck. The Satin finish to the rear of the neck provides a comfortable playing surface, whilst the Striped Ebony fingerboard feels pleasant under the fingers offering a smooth playing surface. The cutaway enhances access to the upper frets, whilst the smooth lines of the body ensure this instrument is comfortable and practical to play in seated or standing positions.
The acoustic voice of the Takamine PSF94 NEX is warm and rich, with the solid top construction allowing the wood to resonate clearly for a lively and responsive playing experience. The Koa back and sides provide a deep, rich and warm tone with a defined low end, smooth midrange and sparkling highs. The Solid Cedar top "X" bracing contributes to the guitar's excellent projection and sustain whilst producing a shimmering top end. A wide dynamic range is available, feeling highly sensitive to the player's touch. The Accuracoustic Electrics preamp and Under-Saddle pickup do an excellent job of amplifying the guitar's natural voice whilst also providing extensive control over the tone to suit the player's needs.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. Light to mild chipping of the finish is present to both the front and rear top edges, these have exposed the wood beneath. Light paint transfer can be seen to the bass side top edge.
Neck: Overall very good condition. Light indentations are present to the rear of the neck in the early register, these can be seen under close scrutiny and can lightly be felt in the playing position.
Body: Overall very good condition. Moderate indentations are present to the bass side lower bout and treble side of the sound hole, this has caused discoloration. Lighter indentations are scattered across the front face with the most apparent present to the lower bout front face, some of these have exposed the wood beneath the finish also causing light discoloration. Light scratching is present to all aspects of the body with the most apparent being visible under direct light to the front face. The satin finish has been lightly polished to a gloss texture in high contact areas, this is most apparent to the treble side of the sound hole, this is common with regular past use.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate mild signs of use, not affecting playability. Light denting and flattening of the frets is apparent throughout the register. There is moderate material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (5mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Overall very good condition. Light tarnishing of the finish is present to the tuning machines. There is light room remaining in the saddle for further adjustments.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-2.25mm - Bass 2.75mm
