The Dreadnought body size feels great in both seated and standing positions, whilst the single-cutaway offers extended reach to the higher frets.
This instrument voice is warm and detailed, with the Walnut/Maple back and sides producing a loud and responsive midrange. The Solid Spruce top provides a balanced tone with plenty of low end power and warm detail. The high end of this guitar remains detailed but subtle, adding unique character to this guitar, making this guitar perfect for singer songwriter styles of playing. The Takamine TP-40 Preamp System accurately captures the voice of the instrument, adding versatility for both live and recording situations.
