Here for sale we have a Takamine EG334C Electro-Acoustic guitar in Gloss Natural finish. Made in Taiwan in 2012, this guitar features a Solid Spruce top, Ovangkol back and sides and a Mahogany neck topped with 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. This guitar features a Takamine N4B Preamp System with onboard controls on the shoulder of the guitar.
The Gloss finished Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with a profile resembling a Soft ‘V’ that flattens into a thin ‘C’ at the 12th fret providing a thick enough hold to inspire confidence and feel dependable without being cumbersome. The Rosewood fingerboard feels pleasant to the touch and the 16" radius feeling consistent making fretting a breezy and sumptuous affair in any register. The Dreadnought body size feels great in both seated and standing positions, whilst the single-cutaway offers extended reach to the higher frets.
This instrument voice is warm and detailed, with the Ovangkol back producing a loud and responsive midrange. The Solid Spruce top provides a balanced tone with plenty of low end power and warm detail. The understated high end of this guitar remains detailed but subtle, adding unique character to this guitar, making this guitar perfect for singer songwriter styles of playing. The Takamine N4B Preamp System accurately captures the voice of the instrument, adding versatility for both live and recording situations.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. Light glue residue is present near the nut. All aspects of the headstock display light scratching which can be seen under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes.
Neck: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use.
Body: Overall very good condition. Light indentations are present to the top of the body, the most noticeable of these can be seen to the treble side lower bout. Light haziness is present to the rear face near the neck joint and lower bout edge. All aspects of the body display light scratching which can be seen under direct light.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate mild signs of use, not affecting playability. Denting and flattening of the frets is apparent throughout the register. There is moderate material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (5mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Overall very good condition. The tuning machines display mild tarnishing of the finish, common with a guitar of this age.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
