Here for sale we have a Squier Classic Vibe ‘70s Stratocaster in Black finish. Made in Indonesia in 2024 this guitar features a Poplar body, Maple neck and 21 fret Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include Large ‘70s Style headstock, 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Synchronized Tremolo and Vintage-Style tuning machines. A pair of Fender designed single coils are paired with a Fender designed humbucker in the bridge. These are wired to control for volume, 5-way pickup selector, Neck/Middle tone and bridge tone.
The Maple neck plays well, with the 'C' shape providing a comfortable playing surface that is suitable for a wide range of genres and will please most players. The Indian Laurel fingerboard is pleasant to the touch and adds an element of luxury to the playing experience. The 9.5" radius strikes a nice balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for string bending. The familiar Stratocaster control layout ensures that you can keep your attention focussed on your playing, whilst retaining full control of the guitar's output.
The Fender Designed Alnico pickups in this guitar provide a vintage-style sound, perfectly matched with the '70s vibe of the instrument. There is plenty of power in the bridge humbucker, meaning your rock rhythm sounds will cut through the mix with ease. Clean sounds are round and mellow in the neck position, with the familiar Strat 'honk' in positions 2 & 4. Plenty of classic Stratocaster tones at a reasonable price.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the headstock demonstrate light scratching, only visible under direct light at certain angles, as is common on gloss finishes.
Neck: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the neck demonstrate light scratching, only visible under direct light and close scrutiny. The rear of the neck demonstrates a light indentation in line with the 8th fret. This can be felt beneath the fingertip on inspection.
Body: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the body demonstrate light scratching, only visible under direct light at certain angles, as is common on gloss finishes. Both sides of the neck pocket demonstrate slight cracks to the finish.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate moderate signs of use, not affecting playability. Light denting is present to the early register. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional and very good condition. Mild tarnishing is apparent to the bridge. Moderate scratching is apparent to the pickguard. Trem arm not included.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm

This guitar demonstrates mild fret noise which is mildly apparent when amplified. This noise does not affect sustain of notes, nor does it affect bending the notes. The new owner may choose to raise the action to alleviate this.
