Here for sale we have a Squier 40th Anniversary Stratocaster Gold Edition in Ruby Red Metallic. Made in Indonesia in 2022 this stratocaster features a Nyatoh body, Maple neck and 21 fret bound Indian Laurel fingerboard. Other appointments include Gold vintage style tuning machines, Gold 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Synchronized Tremolo and Gold 1-Ply Gold Anodized Aluminium Pickguard. A trio of Fender Designed Alnico Single-Coils have been fitted to controls for 5-way pickup selector, Volume, Neck/Middle Tone and Bridge Tone.
The Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the 'C' profile feeling fast and smooth, whilst the Gloss finish to the rear offers effortless transitions into any position. The Laurel fingerboard provides a luxurious and durable playing surface, and with its 9.5" radius offers a perfect marriage between comfortable playability and modern practicality. The double cut-away design provides the player with uninhibited access to the upper register.
The Fender Designed Alnico 5 Single-Coil pickups offer a vintage style sound that has bell-like cleans and that classic Fender twang which the Strat is revered for. Having the three single coil setup does grant a variety of tonal options, smooth neck pick up tones, cutting bridge sounds and that all familiar quack from positions 2 and 4.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the headstock display very light scratching. A very faint finish indentation can be felt at the top of the headstock.
Neck: Overall excellent condition. A very light indentation is present to the rear of the neck, this can only be seen under direct light at the 6th fret.
Body: Overall excellent condition A mild indentation is present to the inside edge of the treble horn, this has lightly pierced the lacquer finish but doe not expose the wood beneath. A small chip to the finish can be seen to the bass side neck pocket. All aspects of the body display inconsistent light scratching under direct light.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss Rod Tool (4mm Hex) not included.
Hardware: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the hardware display light signs of past use. Tuning ferrules on the front face of the headstock show very light scratching Tremolo arm included.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
