Here for sale we have a Spector Legend 6 Classic 6-String Electric Bass in Black Cherry finish. Made in Korea, this bass consists of a Mahogany body with a Flamed Maple top, a Maple neck, and a 24-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Deluxe cast bridge, Black hardware, and Die-cast sealed tuners. The pickups installed are a set of EMG HZ Humbuckers that are wired to two volume controls, and a 2-band EQ.
The Maple neck plays extremely well with its Thin ‘D’ shaped profile making fretting easy across all 6 strings. The Satin finish to the rear assists with easy fluidity of the 35” scale. The Rosewood fingerboard is luxurious under the fingers, offering a smooth and durable playing surface across the register. The 16" radius is highly practical for a wide range of playing styles and techniques offering the player a varied and enjoyable playing experience.
The EMG HZ pickups have a well rounded tone, with a solid and commanding low end, a tight and punchy midrange, along with clear and cutting highs. The active controls offer a plethora of tonal options, allowing you to take full control of your sound with a 2-band active EQ, great for sculpting out the perfect tone for any playing situation. Overall a really solid workhorse bass with a lovely modern feel!

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. The front face demonstrates light scratching, only visible under direct light and close scrutiny. The top edge demonstrates light scuff marks, most notably a blue mark to the bass side, which could not be removed during our cleaning process.
Neck: Overall very good condition. The rear of the neck demonstrates light indentations throughout, most notably in line with the treble side of the 11th fret. These can be felt by the fingertip on inspection but not by the hand in playing position. Any markings to the fingerboard are difficult to discern.
Body: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the body demonstrate light scratching, scuffing and indentations. Most notably indentations beneath the control knobs and scuffing to the lower bout edges. Similar scuffs and indentations are apparent to the bass side of the rear face lower bout, and near the neck bolts. None of these markings have removed the finish to reveal the wood beneath.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate mild signs of use, with light denting in the early register, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (5mm hex) is included.
Hardware: Fully functional and very good condition. Very light scratching is apparent to the control knobs.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-2.25mm - Bass 2.75mm
