Here for sale we have a Sire Marcus Miller V7 2nd Gen Electric Bass in Natural Gloss finish. Built in Indonesia in 2018 this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising an Alder body, Hard Maple neck and 20 fret Maple fingerboard with rolled-edge fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with chrome hardware including a Marcus Miller Modern S bridge and Premium Open-Gear tuning machines. The pickups installed are a pair of Marcus Super-J Revolution pickups wired to a Marcus Heritage-3 preamp which comprises a Volume/Tone dual pot, Pickup Blender knob, Treble knob Middle / Middle Frequency dual pot, Bass knob and an Active and Passive mini toggle switch.
 
The Maple neck plays very well, with its ‘C’ shaped profile feeling nicely thin and dependable. The Satin finish to the rear of the neck makes for a responsive playing experience while the Rosewood fretboard with its rolled-edge fingerboard provides a smooth and pleasant feel under the fingers. The 7.25” radius strikes a perfect balance for easy fretting and sliding.
 
The Marcus Miller Heritage-3 Preamp is incredibly flexible and allows the player to dial in a wide array of tones. The sweepable mid pot lets you set the desired frequency anywhere between 80hz and 2khz, very convenient when trying to find the desired sound. The active/passive switch along with the bass EQ gives you all of the power you could ever need, taking you all the way from crisp and articulate to deep earth shattering bass.
