Here for sale we have a Siggi Braun Stratocaster in Gold Over Black relic. Made in Germany in July 2017 this guitar features a Red Alder body, bolt-on Maple neck and 21 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include locking Kluson vintage style tuning machines and Goldo Diego Deluxe 6-point tremolo bridge. A trio of Harry Haussel pickups are fitted. A P90 is in neck position while a reverse coil SC-Classic single coil is in middle position. Finally a Vin+ humbucker is fitted in the bridge. These are wired to a 5-way pickup selector, master volume and tone controls for neck and bridge pickups.
 
The Maple neck plays exceptionally well, with the 'C’ Shape offering an incredibly comfortable playing surface across the entire register. Certainly, the neck is substantial enough to sustain a firm grip for chords, whilst remaining slim enough for fast, articulate playing. The relic work to the rear of the neck simulates years of playwear, leaving a large section without lacquer which is supremely smooth and comfortable in the hand. The Rosewood fingerboard has a rich and deep dark hue, with a lovely tight grain that ensures the surface is both comfortable and durable.
 
Amplified, the Siggi Braun Stratocaster provides us with a rich tonal palette thanks to the combination of P90, singlecoil and humbucker pickups. The P90 in the neck position is fantastic for sparkling clean sounds or those bluesy crunch tones. The warmth and roundness of the middle pickup retains its typical 'Strat' character whilst also offering a glass-like purity. The humbucker in the bridge provides a thicker sound with more bite for your rock rhythm sounds. Position 5 selects the neck, position 4 is neck and middle, position 3 is neck and bridge, position 2 is middle and bridge and position 1 is bridge
