Here for sale we have a Schecter Synyster Gates Custom in Black and Silver Pinstripe. Built in South Korea in 2009 this guitar features a neck through construction Mahogany body, a 3-piece Mahogany neck paired with a 24 X-Jumbo fret Ebony fingerboard. The hardware featured on this instrument consists of a Floyd Rose Special tremolo and Grover tuning machines. The pickups featured are a pair of Seymour Duncan Custom Invaders, these are wired to a 3-way pickup selector, master volume and master tone with a push/pull coil split.
The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the Ultra Thin ‘C’ profile feeling smooth and quick, providing comfortable thumb positioning. The 14” radius provides maximum hand comfort in the chording area, while allowing greater speed and cleaner vibrato techniques as the player moves up the neck, great for more technically demanding playing styles. The double cutaway body contours allow unobstructed access to the higher register and provide comfort when playing in a seated position.
The pair of Seymour Duncan Custom Invaders have a high output, producing a thick and powerful modern tone. The pickups offer an aggressive sound whilst still managing to deliver clarity when required. With a tight low end, a full and defined midrange and a crisp and articulate top end, perfect for pushing the front end of an amplifier. The bridge position has aggressive, clear and articulate highs, perfect for more modern, progressive styles of playing, perfect for both ripping through a mix. The master controls keep things feeling simple, with easy and intuitive tonal shaping, while the push/pull coil split gives great versatility, perfect for crisp, sparkling clean tones Overall a great modern workhorse for heavier genres.
