Here for sale we have a Schecter Hellraiser V-7 electric guitar in Gloss Natural finish. Made in Korea in 2009, this guitar was apparently a limited run of only 500 between the years of 2008-2009, set-neck construction is applied and consists of a Korina body, a 3Korina neck, and a 24 Jumbo fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a set of Schecter locking tuners and a Tonepros tune-o-matic locking bridge. A pair of active EMG 707 humbuckers are installed into this guitar, these are wired to a 3-way pickup selector, bridge volume with a push/pull coil-split which is also featured on the neck volume control and a master control. 
 
The Korina neck plays very well with a profile that can be classed as ‘Asymmetrical’ providing a consistent playing surface across the register. The Gloss finish to the rear offers a smooth surface for quick transitions from chordal sections to higher register shred antics all whilst assuring your hand is comfortable and manoeuvrability is maintained. This works in conjunction with the 14” radius to ensure that the playing experience is tailored to the needs of the player in all registers. The 26.5” scale length maintains good string tension for those drop tuned riffs whilst the ‘V’ shaped body design positions the player in a ‘Classical’ seated position for complete control over any fast lead lines or chugging purposes.
 
Amplified, this guitar has a thick low end grunt and sculpted mid range thanks to its pair of  EMG 707 pickups. The 707 bridge pickup delivers a powerful but balanced rock and metal tone with rich upper-midrange harmonic content. The low strings are tight and the high strings scream with harmonics, making it a go-to pickup for hard-hitting crunch rhythms and blazing lead tones. The 707 in the neck position offers all the soloing clarity you could wish for, with sweet sustain and a warm, full sound that still possesses a clear attack providing a hot output delivering smooth, fluid solo tones under gain, while still being capable of bell-like clean tones. The push/pull coil split feature further enhances the versatility of this guitar providing a wide tonal palette for the user to explore.
