Here for sale we have a Reverend Reeves Gabrels Spacehawk Electric Guitar in Purple Burst finish. Made in Korea in 2017, this guitar consists of a chambered Korina body, a solid Maple top, a 3-piece Korina neck, and a 22-fret Ebony fingerboard. Other appointments include Reverend pin-lock tuners, a Bigsby B-50 with roller bridge, and a set of Railhammer Reeves Gabrels Signature pickups. These pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone, bass contour, kill switch, and a three-way pickup selector. 
 
The gloss-finished 3-piece Korina neck plays very well, with the 'Medium Oval' profile providing comfortable playability in all registers, whilst the gloss finish to the rear ensures that transitions up and down the neck feel smooth and controlled. A smooth Ebony fingerboard adorned with 22 medium jumbo frets serve only to enhance the already fantastic playing experience. The body shape and generous cutaways provide unrestricted access to the upper frets, whilst also feeling sprightly on the shoulders for easy manoeuvrability on stage. The simple control layout is conveniently placed for easy use without being intrusive, meaning you can focus on your playing. 
 
The Korina body of this guitar provides a unique tone, distinct from traditional Mahogany or Alder bodies. The body is strategically chambered for enhanced sustain, dynamic response and resonance, which when paired with the string-through-body hardtail bridge offers very impressive sustain and an instrument that feels articulate and responsive. The Railhammer Reeves Gabrels Signature pickups feature an exposed bar pole piece under the bass strings, with individual round pole pieces for the treble strings. The result is a tone that is similar to a P90 but fatter, with the clarity and brilliance of a single-coil whilst retaining the noise-free performance of a humbucker. The addition of a bass contour control allows dramatic tone shaping possibilities, perfect for a wide range of styles. This is a very exciting and unique instrument that can cover a wide range of genres and sounds.
