Here for sale we have a Reverend Charger 290 Electric Guitar in Deep Sea Blue finish. Made in Korea in 2023, this guitar consists of a Korina body, a Roasted Maple neck, and a 22-fret Roasted Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include a Tune-o-Matic bridge, a stopbar tailpiece, Pinlock tuners, and a pair of 9A5 pickups. These pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone, bass contour, and a three-way pickup selector. 
 
The Roasted Maple neck plays very well, with the 'Medium Oval' profile providing a comfortable and practical grip across the register. Moderately-sized, the profile inspires confidence in your grip for rhythm and chord playing, whilst remaining slim enough for articulate lead lines and solos. The Roasted Maple of the neck and fingerboard is very pleasant in the hand, offering a smooth and durable playing surface in all positions. The 12" radius works well for chord playing and lead playing alike, with the slightly larger frets enhancing the feel of vibrato and string bending techniques. 
 
The P-90 pickups sound thick and raw, with a solid output that pushes the front end of an amp nicely. The lows are full and tight sound, the midrange is powerful, easily cutting through a mix, along with the biting high frequencies. The pickups are very dynamic sounding, more so than the slightly compressed nature of humbuckers, while offering more power than is usually associated with single coils. The option of the bass contour control is great for tightening up the low end or re-voicing the pickups.
