Here for sale we have a PRS Silver Sky John Mayer Signature Electric Guitar in Moc Sand Satin finish. Built in the USA in 2023, this guitar features a bolt-on construction, with an Alder body, Maple neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. The guitar is fitted with vintage-style locking tuners, 6 point PRS Steel Tremolo bridge and 3x PRS 635JM pickups. These are wired to a 5-way blade switch, master volume and two tone controls.
 
The neck plays well, with the vintage inspired John Mayer custom profile feeling robust yet refined. Along with the 7.25" radius and vintage style frets, the guitar provides a traditional playing experience which is based on 1963 and 1964 instruments. Refinements such as the vintage style locking tuners and offset headstock design improve tuning stability. The body feels very comfortable in the arms, with the carved lower horn improving access to the upper register. 
 
The PRS 635JM pickups offer a varied but cohesive set of voices, with no end of classic strat style tones available. The neck position is smooth and buttery, and can be dialled in to provide Mayer-esque tones with ease. The middle and bridge pickups offer a brighter tone with more bite available when pushing the amp harder, yet remaining vintage in character. This is a signature model with more tonal options than you might expect.
