Here for sale we have a PRS SE Tonare P20E Electro-Acoustic Parlor guitar in Black Top finish. Made in China in 2021, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Solid Mahogany top, Laminated Mahogany back & sides, Mahogany neck and 20 fret Ebony fingerboard with matching bridge. A Bone saddle & nut are fitted, along with a set of PRS Vintage-Style tuners with Butterbean Buttons. A Fishman GT-1 undersaddle piezo pickup is installed, and is wired to discreet soundhole mounted controls for master volume & tone.
The Mahogany neck plays very well, with the Wide Fast profile adding a vintage vibe which works very well with the aesthetics of the instrument. Whilst living up to the 'Wide Fat' name, the neck is certainly not too large or cumbersome, and facilitates easy fretting and smooth playability across the register. The smooth lines of the Parlor body ensure comfort in both standing & seated positions, and work especially well as a sofa guitar for those late night practice sessions.
The voice of this guitar is snappy and detailed, with the Mahogany back and sides producing a warm but responsive midrange. The Solid Mahogany top provides a balanced, seasoned tone with plenty of low end power and warm detail. The understated high end of this guitar remains detailed but subtle, adding unique character to this instrument. This guitar features an X-bracing design which results in more flexibility for the top to resonate, delivering more volume and a well-defined and full-bodied tone, making for a great singer songwriter guitar. The Fishman GT-1 system captures the natural voice of the guitar perfectly allowing the true nature of the guitar's voice to be conveyed through amplification.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. A light indentation can be seen to the front face of the headstock near the A tuning machine. Light scratching and wear of the Satin finish is present to the front face of the headstock which can be seen under direct light.
Neck: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use.
Body: Overall very good condition. The Satin finish to the front face to body has worn to a light gloss in high-contact areas such as the bass side lower bout and treble side waist. Light scratching is also present to the front face which can be seen under direct light.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate mild signs of use, not affecting playability. Very light denting is present in the early register, improving as you climb the neck. There is moderate material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
