Here for sale we have a PRS SE Swamp Ash Special Electric Guitar in Charcoal finish. Made in Indonesia in 2023, this guitar consists of a Swamp Ash body, a Maple neck, and a 22-fret Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include a PRS Patented Tremolo, PRS Designed Tuners, a PRS-Designed AS-01 Single Coil in the middle position, and a set of PRS 85/15 “S” humbuckers either side. These pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone (push/pull split coil), and a three-way pickup selector.
The body of this guitar also features some welcomed refinements with a rear bevel carve enhancing comfort and the sculpted lower horn improving access to the top frets. The neck plays exceptionally well, with the PRS 'Wide Thin' profile assisting with easy fretting, feeling chunky without being cumbersome. The Maple fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers, with the standard PRS 10” radius feeling practical for a wide range of playing styles and techniques, allowing legato and lead lines to roll off the fingers in an effortless affair. The attractive bird inlays add a touch of luxury to the playing experience whilst allowing easy navigation of the fingerboard.
The trio of pickups installed in this guitar deliver a versatile range of tones, with the PRS 85/15 “S” humbuckers sounding thick and full-bodied whilst the PRS-Designed AS-01 Single Coil in the middle position provides more vintage-esque sounds. The neck position is warm and round, with all of the power required to blast your solo tones to the front of the mix. The bridge is brighter and hotter, placing your rock rhythm sounds front and centre. Engaging the PRS-Designed AS-01 Single Coil in the middle position brings in a subtler sound, well suited to chiming clean sounds.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition. Light marking is present to the bass side top tip of the headstock, this can be seen under close scrutiny. All other aspects of the headstock display light signs of past use.
Neck: Overall excellent condition. Both the fingerboard and rear of the neck display light discoloration common with past use on natural finished necks.
Body: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the body display very light scratching which can only be seen under direct light.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (7mm socket) included.
Hardware: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the hardware display light signs of past use. Tremolo arm included.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
