Here for sale we have a PRS S2 Standard 21 from 2022 in an Black Gloss finish. Built in the USA, this guitar features a Mahogany body and neck, a 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard, a PRS patented moulded tremolo, aftermarket Sperzel locking machine heads, along with a pair of 58/15 “S” humbuckers, wired to master volume/tone controls, a 3-way blade switch and a push/pull coil split.
The Pattern Regular neck plays very well, with a moderate profile that will suit the vast majority of players, while still having plenty of character. The 10” fingerboard radius gives a slightly flatter than average feel, without going too far in that direction, still feeling comfortable for chordal work. The dual cutaways give great access to the upper register and the scoop on the lower horn really lets your hand get right up to the 22nd fret with ease.
The 58/15 “S” humbuckers have a warm, vintage style voicing. A rich low end and tight mids are well complemented by a clear top end. The pickups can drive the front end of your rig nicely without overwhelming it, providing excellent clarity and articulation and an overall very well balanced tone. The push/pull coil split offers versatility, allowing you to switch from humbuckers to single-coil style sounds in a flash, perfect for the modern gigging musician who needs a flexible guitar that sounds great in any genre.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall good condition, several chips to the finish can be identified to the edges of the headstock. This is most notable on the top corners, however a notable chip to the bass side front edge is also easy to discern. All aspects of the headstock demonstrate light yet consistent scratching visible only under direct lighting at certain angles.
Neck: Overall very good condition, the rear of the neck demonstrates light scratching and indentation throughout the register which is difficult to discern beneath the thumb in playing position.
Body: Overall good condition, the front face demonstrates consistent scratching and indentation, with some of these chipping the finish. The treble and bass side waist demonstrate the most notable and consistent markings. The sides and rear demonstrate light scratching and indentation, most consistent on the center of the rear face.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for future fret work.

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (5/16" socket) not included.
