Here for sale we have a PRS Private Stock #9446 Custom 24 Semi-Hollow Lefty Electric Guitar in Blue Steel Fade finish. The PRS Private Stock range is the highest-tier custom guitar program that PRS offers and was launched in 1996. These guitars offer the highest-grade materials, a dedicated team of expert luthiers, authentication, and clear distinction from regular production models.

Made in the USA in 2021, this guitar consists of a Semi-Hollow African Mahogany body, a West Coast Curly Maple top, a Curly Maple neck, and a 24-fret Hormingo fingerboard. Other appointments include a Hybrid Nickel/Gold PRS left-handed tremolo bridge, and a set of PRS Phase III set-screw locking tuners. As this guitar is a PRS Private Stock, it also sports some incredible premium features such as; Great Heart Abalone bird inlays with Peacock Synthetic Opal outlines, a Hormingo truss rod cover, a Blue Steel Fade painted neck, and a set of PRS 58/15 LT humbucking pickups. These pickups are wired to a master volume (push/pull coil-split), a master tone (push/pull coil-split), and a three-way pickup selector.

The Curly Maple neck plays beautifully, with the Pattern Thin neck profile feeling exceptionally comfortable in the hand and lending itself well to a wide variety of playing styles, and the Blue Steel Fade finish to the rear making it really stand out. The Hormingo fingerboard is supremely pleasant to the touch and further enhances the luxurious playing experience that this guitar offers. The 10" radius provides a smooth and consistent playing surface right the way up the register, whilst the sculpted lower horn ensures that access to the upper frets is uninhibited.

The pair of PRS 58/15 LT humbucking pickups draw together elements from both vintage and modern designs to deliver exceptional clarity and extended high and low frequency response. With balanced clarity across the whole spectrum, these pickups are perfect for players looking to drive a pedalboard, whilst retaining enough character to deliver when plugged directly into an amp. The control layout remains simple, with independent coil-splitting capabilities offering plenty of scope for shaping your tone. A beautifully crafted and incredibly well-appointed instrument which really does draw together the combined expertise and innovation of the entire PRS team.
