Here for sale we have a Ozark 3515BTE Resonator Electro Acoustic Guitar. Made in Korea, this guitar features a set neck construction consisting of a Nickel Plated Solid Brass body with decorative engraving, Biscuit Style cone, Mahogany neck and 19 fret Rosewood fretboard with Abalone & Mother Of Pearl block inlays. The pickup featured is a ‘Lipstick’ style Single-Coil which is wired to a master volume control and a master tone.
The fairly flat ‘C’ profile neck plays very well, feeling quick and comfortable in the hand, giving easy thumb positioning in all registers. The Rosewood fingerboard feels pleasant under the fingers, providing a smooth and reliable playing surface. It's 12" radius provides a great and consistent playing surface right the way up the register. The thinline body offers a very lively and responsive playing experience, while feeling somewhat smaller than a typical resonator.
Resonator guitars work by transferring the vibrations from the strings, through the bridge and to a metal cone located within the body of the guitar. This produces a brighter sound than a traditional steel-string acoustic guitar. This Ozark Resonator 3515BTE sounds really great when played with a slide, offering an authentic playing experience and sound. The tone is full, with a warm low end, tight midrange and crisp clear top end. The lipstick single coil pickup provides an organic sound capturing the guitar's natural voice perfectly.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the headstock demonstrate light scratching and scuff marks, only visible under direct light and close scrutiny. Most notably to the headstock edges and around the bass side winding pegs.
Neck: Overall very good condition. The rear of the neck demonstrates light scratching and indentations, most notably in line with the 6th fret that has marked but not removed any of the finish. This can be felt by the fingertip upon inspection but not by the hand in playing position.
Body: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the body demonstrate light to mild tarnishing and clouding of the chrome finish. The resonator cover demonstrates mild discoloration around the bridge. Small scratches are apparent to the rear face, to the bass side near the neck joint. The small connector plate at the neck join is non original and demonstrates more moderate scratching.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional and good condition. A screw is missing on the resonator cover. Mild to moderate tarnishing and fading to the gold plating is apparent to the tuners, control knobs and pickup cover.
Structural: The neck is warped and has been set as straight as is achievable whilst retaining playability. .
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-3.5mm - Bass 3.5mm
