Here for sale we have a Music Man Albert Lee HH in Sunburst finish. Made in the USA in 2011 this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising an Alder body, Rosewood Neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with Chrome hardware including Music Man 2-point, 6-saddle vintage tremolo and locking tuning machines. The pickups in this guitar are a pair of Music Man humbucking pickups. These are wired to a 5-way blade switch, master volume and master tone controls. 
 
Both the neck and fingerboard of this guitar are made from Rosewood, rather than the customary Maple and Rosewood combination. This offers a very smooth, tactile and comfortable playing surface due to the porous, oily nature of Rosewood. This is accentuated by the Satin finish to the rear of the neck, making for very easy navigation of the 25.5" scale. The profile is nicely rounded and feels very articulate and sprightly in the hand, perfect for the fast country and blues styles that Lee is revered for. The body feels nicely compact in the arms, with generous contours enhancing comfort on long gigs and practice sessions. 
 
The humbuckers pickups provide the player with thick, warm voicing, with a distinct top-end that is articulate and well-defined. whilst eliminating the hum created by single coil pickups. The bridge pickup provides a fat and punchy humbucker-like sound, making power chords sound gritty, whilst also providing soaring lead tones. However, with subtler amp settings the bridge offers a bright, glassy clean tone. The middle position provides bright trebles and full warm bass, and lends itself well to rhythm tones. The neck pickup offers a smooth, warm, rounded tone that handles distorted tones as well as it handles clean tones.
