Here for sale we have a Ibanez XPTB720 Xiphos 7-String electric guitar in Black Flat finish. Built in Indonesia in 2021, this guitar features a Neck-Thru construction consisting of a 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck, Okoume wings and 24 fret Ebony fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with an Edge-Zero II-7 Double Locking Tremolo bridge and Nut and Gotoh machine heads. The two humbucking pickups installed are the Powerful DiMarzio D-Activator 7 pickups wired to a Three-Way Toggle Switch, Master Volume and Master tone.
 
The 5-Piece Wizard II-7 neck plays exceptionally well, with the wide and flat profile allowing for ergonomic thumb positioning throughout the register encouraging fast and furious playing up and down the fingerboard. The "flat" finish is akin to satin, ensuring a smooth playing experience. The Ebony fingerboard provides the traditional snappiness associated with this revered selection of wood, paired with a rather flat 15.75" fingerboard radius and jumbo nickel-silver frets ensures excellent response, comfortable bending and infinite range of motion.
 
The DiMarzio pickups provide excellent clarity, with a powerful balanced sound allowing for screaming highs and roaring lows. The tight and biting low end excels when chugging those early frets, with the high end response really pushing the guitar through the mix. The simplistic controls keep things easy to handle both on-stage and in studio, allowing your playing to shine through.
