Here for sale we have a set of vintage Ibanez Super 80 'Flying Finger' passive humbucking pickups in Gold finish. 
 
Originally introduced in 1976, the Super 80 humbuckers were designed to be more sensitive and easier to play than the existing Super 70s, and were used by the likes of Jerry Garcia & Bob Wier. These ceramic pickups are known to be powerful & articulate, sounding similar to Gibson’s PAF. The covers feature an etched ‘Hand butterfly wing’ design, celebrating how much easier the pickups were to tame whilst playing. The neck produces a full-bodied roundness which works very well for lead and solo tones. whilst the bridge position is of course brighter -working well for rhythm parts and riffs.
