Here for sale we have an Ibanez SR400EMQM Electric Bass Guitar in Sunrise Red Burst finish. Made in Indonesia in 2019, this bass consists of a Nyatoh body with a Quilted Maple top, a 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck, and a 24-fret Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include Cosmo Black hardware, Accu-cast B300 fixed bridge, Ibanez Die-Cast tuners, and a set of Ibanez PowerSpan Dual Coil Passive pickups. These pickups are wired to a master volume, balancer, 3-band EQ, and a 3-way Power Tap Toggle switch.
 
The 5-Piece Maple/Walnut neck plays very well, with its SR4 profile feeling slim and responsive making for an efficient playing experience that you would expect from Ibanez. The Satin finish to the rear of the neck feels pleasing under the thumb and enhances transitions up and down the neck whilst the double cut design of the body makes for great access to the higher register. The Maple fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers and its 12” radius this neck is designed to accommodate any playing style. The medium frets offer a rock solid playing surface whilst enhancing vibrato feel.
 
The PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups sound thick and full. These passive humbucking pickups have a versatile range of tones thanks to being wired to a 3-way power tap. This gives the bass huge tonal opportunities giving you the choice between both Humbuckers running in series or instead running as single coils. In the down position you can achieve a single coil with a power boost meaning the can have a brighter, clearer sound without losing the volume. Whatever sounds you aspire to achieve, this bass can deliver tones that are rich in harmonic detail and dynamic expression.
