Here for sale we have an Ibanez RG652KFX in Natural finish. Made in Japan in 2015, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Basswood body with Australian Blackwood top, 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck and 24 fret Rosewood fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with Cosmo Black hardware including Gibraltar Standard II fixed bridge and Gotoh SG381 MG-T Magnum locking tuning machines. The neck features a DiMarzio Norton Humbucking pickup while the bridge features a DiMarzio Tone Zone. These are wired to a 5-way blade switch and master volume and tone with bridge coil split controls.
The 5-Piece Maple/Walnut neck plays exceptionally well, with the Super Wizard HP profile feeling nicely slender and articulate in the hand. A flattened area to the centre of the neck promotes ergonomic thumb positioning in all registers and helps to facilitate fast, technical playing. The Maple fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers, and with its 17" radius provides a nicely flat and consistent playing surface right the way up the register. This is paired with 24 Jumbo frets, ensuring a razor sharp playing experience in all registers. The sculpted neck heel and generous cutaways enhance access to the upper frets, opening up the full range of the instrument.
The pair of DiMarzio pickups installed in this guitar deliver a wide array of sounds, with the best of humbucking and single-coil tones on offer. The neck pickup is bold and warm, providing all of the clarity needed for your solo tones whilst remaining bright enough for chording and articulate rhythm parts. The bridge is hotter, delivering a full-bodied and saturated harmonic distortion for your lead tones when driving the amp. The 5-way blade switch allows you to use both outside and inside coils. The responsive volume and tone controls ensure you're always in full control of your tone.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition. The front face demonstrates light scratching throughout, only visible under direct light at certain angles. Any other markings to the headstock are difficult to discern.
Neck: Overall very good condition. The rear of the neck demonstrates light indentation throughout, most notably in line with the 8th fret. These cannot be felt by the hand in the playing position and have not chipped the finish to reveal the wood beneath. The fingerboard demonstrates a notable scratch to the bass side of the 9th fret. This cannot be felt beneath the strings and does not effect playability.
Body: Overall very good condition. The front face displays light scratching throughout, only visible under direct light at certain angles. Both the rear and front face edges demonstrate indentations throughout, most notably around the lower bout and treble side cutaway, where the finish has chipped to reveal the wood beneath.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any future fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (5mm socket) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional and very good condition. Moderate tarnishing is apparent to the bridge and control knobs.
Structural: No issues or concerns to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
