Here for sale we have an Ibanez JEM7D Electric Guitar in Black Textured finish. Made in Japan in 2003, this guitar consists of an American Basswood body, a 3-piece Maple/Bubinga neck, and a 24-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include Chrome hardware, a Mirrored pickguard, an Edge Pro Tremolo, a Top-Lok III nut, Gotoh SG38 tuners, and a set of DiMarzio Breed HSH pickups. These pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone, and a 5-way pickup selector.
The Super Wizard Maple neck feels slim and comfortable in the hand. The Satin finish offers a fast and smooth playing surface that feels great in all registers. The 12” radius provides a nicely flat surface, ideal for fast lead styles of playing and intricate chords. The dual cutaways provide uninhibited access right the way up to the 24th fret. The Monkey-grip cut-out on the body is a unique touch, great for those crazy, flashy guitar gymnastics.
The JEM7D comes fitted with a trio of DiMarzio Breed pickups in the form of two humbuckers and a single-coil. The humbucker in the bridge has a high output and is perfect for screaming solos, dive bombing and power chords. The neck position offers a creamy, articulate tone, great for rounding off lead lines. The single-coil in the middle provides brightness and clarity, completing a versatile package of tones.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition, the tip of the headstock demonstrates some light indentation and scuffing that does not pierce the finish. This continues to a lesser degree around the treble side edge.
Neck: Overall excellent condition, it is difficult to discern any markings to the neck and fingerboard.
Body: Overall very good condition, the front face demonstrates some moderate indentation to the lower bout, somewhat difficult to discern against the raised texture of the original finish. The bottom edges demonstrate some very small chips to the finish, revealing the wood beneath. A finish crack is apparent at the neck bolts, however this does not affect the structural integrity of the instrument and has been tested for stability.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for future fret work.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (7mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional with moderate signs of use, most notably light oxidation of the saddles and pickup pole pieces.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
