Here for sale we have an Ibanez GB10EM-JBB George Benson Signature Hollow Body Electric Guitar in Jet Blue Burst finish. Made in Indonesia in 2022, this guitar consists of a Basswood body with a Spruce top, a Nyatoh neck, and a 22-fret Walnut fingerboard. Other appointments include Acrylic Block inlays, a Walnut bridge with a VT14 GB10EM tailpiece, Ibanez machine heads, and Chrome hardware. The pickups fitted to this guitar are a set of Magic TouchMini Humbuckers, these are wired to independent volume and tone controls, as well as a three-way pickup selector. 
 
The Nyatoh neck features the George Benson signature 'GB' neck profile. This profile can be likened to a relatively standard 'C'-shaped profile which proves to be a good balance between not too slim and not too cumbersome, with a gloss finish that makes it very easy to move quickly up and down the neck. The 12.01" fingerboard radius is suitably flat for a jazz-box style guitar, allowing for easy fretting of chords and fast lead lines. The Walnut fingerboard feels reassuring under the fingers, providing a good foundation for the player's experience. 
 
This guitar is fitted with a set of Magic TouchMini humbuckers that are attached to the pickguard and neck tenon to create the illusion that they are floating. These Humbuckers provide warm and smooth tones, whilst maintaining clarity in both neck and bridge positions. A detailed low-end is complemented well by a smooth mid-range, the trebles falling off ever so slightly to reveal a tried and true jazz-box tone. The controls provide all necessary adjustment for each pickup, allowing you to roll off tones and volumes independently for switching between lead lines and rhythm. A truly refined take on the traditional jazz-box.
