Here for sale we have an Ibanez AF75 Hollow body electric guitar in Brown Sunburst finish. Made in China in 2010, the guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Laminated Maple body, Mahogany neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Chrome hardware is fitted including an Ibanez VT60 tailpiece, ART-1 ToM-style bridge on a wooden base & Ibanez die-cast sealed tuning machines. A pair of Ibanez Artcore Passive humbucking pickups are installed, with an Artcore 1 in the neck and an Artcore 2 in the bridge. These are wired to a 3-way toggle switch and independent volume & tone controls.
The Mahogany neck plays very well, with the AF Artcore profile filling the hand nicely for a substantial but not cumbersome playing experience across the register. The profile could perhaps be described as an 'even 'C'' shape, which feels nicely comfortable and manageable in the hand for easy navigation of the 24.75" scale and easy reach in all fingerboard positions. The Rosewood is pleasant under the fingers and provides a smooth & durable playing surface right up to the 22nd fret, which is easier to access thanks to the generous cutaway.
The hollow construction of this instrument produces an open & airy tone which works very well for jazzy chord voicings & smooth lead lines. The pickups deliver plenty of power to push your playing forward in the mix, whilst the controls are nicely responsive, meaning you can really dial in the perfect tone & volume level at all times. The neck pickup is round and smooth, and with the tone rolled down can sound beautifully jazzy & dark. The bridge pickup is brighter, and can cut through a mix nicely when required. A lovely entry point into the world of Jazz & hollow body guitars.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. Mild indentations are present to the rear edges where contact would be made with a hanger. This is most notable on the treble side where the finish has lightly chipped away to reveal the wood beneath. Light scratching to all aspects of the headstock is visible under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes.
Neck: Overall excellent condition. all aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use.
Body: Overall very good condition. Light to mild indentation which lightly pierces the finish is present to the bottom edge near the strap button. Light scratching to all aspects of the body is visible under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes. This is most notable to the rear face near the upper strap button.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Truss Rod: Fully functional & adjustable. No truss rod tool included (hex 4mm)
Hardware: Overall very good condition. The pickup covers show light tarnishing. The pickguard shows light scratching consistent with playwear.
