Guild Newark St. Collection Jetstar Seafoam Green 2021 Electric Guitar
Here for sale we have a Guild Newark St. Collection Jetstar Electric Guitar in Seafoam Green finish. Made in Indonesia in 2021, this guitar consists of a Mahogany body, a Mahogany neck, and a 22-fret Pau Ferro fingerboard. Other appointments include a Guild Tune-o-Matic bridge, Guild Vintage Style Nickel tuners, and a Bone nut. The pickups installed are a set of Guild LB-1 Little Bucker Humbuckers which are wired to a master volume, master tone, and a three-way pickup selector. 
 
The gloss finish Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the 'C' profile allowing for easy fretting in any register and lending itself well to a wide variety of styles. The Pau Ferro fingerboard is pleasant to the touch, and with its 10” radius offers a nice balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for lead lines. Narrow Jumbo frets enhance vibrato and string bending techniques whilst also providing a rock-solid and smooth playing experience.
 
This guitar comes equipped with a set of Guild LB-1 Little Bucker Humbuckers and a very impressive amount of tonal options. The Guild LB-1 Humbucker bridge pickup is nice and hot, and can handle a pretty serious amount of gain when called upon. The Guild LB-1 Humbucker neck pickup has rounded creamer tones great for chordal phrasings or quick jazz style lines, whilst also handling higher gain settings masterfully, offering plenty of room for tonal sculpting.

    Aesthetic Condition:

    Headstock: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the headstock demonstrate light scratching, only visible under direct light at certain angles. Scuff marks are apparent to the very tip which could not be removed during our cleaning process. The bass and treble side edges demonstrate finish cracks that have been tested and pose no structural issues.

    Neck: Overall good condition. The rear of the neck demonstrates some finish cracking near the headstock joint. These have been tested and are structurally sound. Further scuff marks can be found throughout the register along the bass side, with a small indentation in line with the 14th fret. These can be lightly felt by the hand in the playing position. Any markings to the fingerboard are difficult to discern.

    Body: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the body demonstrate light scratching and indentations, only visible under direct light and close scrutiny. Most notably indentations to the front and rear face edges and the treble side of the rear face. None of these markings have removed the finish to reveal the wood beneath.

     

    Condition of Frets:

    The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

     

    Current Set Up:

    Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.

    Hardware: Fully functional and very good condition. Very light scratching and tarnishing is apparent to the bridge, tailpiece, tuners and pickup covers.

    Structural: No concerns or issues to note.

    Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
