Here for sale we have a Gretsch G5236 Electromatic Pro Jet Electric Guitar in Silver Sparkle finish. Made in China in 2010, this guitar consists of a Chambered Mahogany body, a Mahogany neck, and a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a G-cutout Tailpiece, an Adjusto-Matic bridge, and Die-Cast tuners. The pickups installed in this guitar are a pair of Gretsch Mini Humbuckers. These are wired to a master volume, master tone, and a three-way pickup selector.
The 'C' profile of the neck is easy to get your hands around combined with the Gloss finished neck, this encourages fast playing as it's easy and slick to manoeuvre along the profile. The Medium Jumbo frets enhance bends and vibrato techniques, making them easier to play with the 12" radius still giving enough comfortability for chordal fretting. The Chambered Mahogany body also reduces weight which aids in reducing strain over long playing or performing sessions.
The Gretsch Mini Humbuckers in this guitar may appear smaller, but they very much still offer a full, thick tone. There is plenty of warmth and roundness present in the neck position. The middle position sounds punchy, with driving mids along with crisp and clear highs making for a nice blend of the two pickups. The bridge position provides open sustain and broad harmonic clarity, making chords sound crystalline and clear. The simple wiring gives plenty of versatility without any complicated switching, making this instrument great for tonal sculpting to the players desired taste.
Please be aware that for international buyers import fees are not included in our postage and packaging cost, this only covers the cost of the guitar being sent to you. Import fees will be charged by Customs upon the guitar's arrival in the recipient country. Due to Brexit, this also applies to EU buyers. We advise checking the total import cost with Customs as this is not information we are able to accurately provide.

The rear face demonstrates scratching, scuffing and indentations throughout, most notably near the jack socket, where the finish has chipped to reveal the wood beneath.
