Here for sale we have a Godin Session HT in Aztek Red finish. Made in Canada in 2024, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Canadian Laurentian Basswood body, Hard Rock Maple neck and 22 fret Maple fingerboard. Chrome hardware is fitted including a Godin hardtail bridge and a set of 18:1 Godin tuning machines. A trio of pickups are installed in an HSS configuration, with a Godin Custom humbucker in the bridge position and two Godin GS-1 single-coils in the neck and middle positions. These are wired to a 5-way blade switch, master volume and a master tone with a push/pull coil split.
 
The Maple neck of this guitar features a Soft 'V' profile promoting ergonomic thumb positioning and providing a suitably vintage-inspired playing experience whilst the Satin finish to the rear adds a sophisticated playing experience that will suit many styles, feeling articulate, smooth and precise. The sculpted neck heel enhances access to the upper frets, really opening up the full range of the instrument.
 
The trio of pickups in this guitar are installed in an HSS configuration, with a pair of Godin GS-1 single coils in the neck and middle positions and a Godin Custom humbucker in the bridge. The Humbucker in the bridge is nice and hot, delivering a nice crunch and distortion sounds. The pair of Godin GS-1 single coils in the neck and middle provide traditional tonealities, with crystal cleans and crunchy drive tones readily available. The push/push coil split allows you to obtain a more traditional tone from the bridge pickup, making this an exceptionally versatile instrument.
