Here for sale we have a Gibson SG Special '60s Tribute Electric Guitar in Worn Natural Finish. Made in the USA in 2011, this guitar consists of a Mahogany body, a Mahogany neck, and a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a set of Gibson Deluxe tuners, a Tune-o-Matic bridge, a Stopbar tailpiece, and a set of Gibson P90 pickups. These pickups are wired to two volume controls, two tone controls, and a three-way pickup selector. 
 
The Maple neck plays well, with it's SlimTaper '60s profile that fills the hand nicely without feeling at all cumbersome. The Satin finish to the rear of the neck is very pleasant to the touch, and assists with smooth transitions up and down the register. The traditional 12" fingerboard radius feels as flat and consistent as ever, offering comfortable playability right the way up the neck. The familiar twin horns of the SG body provide uninhibited access to the upper frets, whilst the contoured edges of the body ensure that it sits snugly in the arms for a comfortable playing experience. 
 
Equipped in this instrument are a set of Gibson P-90 pickups. The twin P90’s sound great and give a much ‘rawer’ sound than the typical humbuckers found in SG’s, making them brilliant for Punk and Rock styles. Not only does the fatter single coil bite of a P90 make for a great vintage feeling tone, but it also cleans up really well to offer more delicate tones not typically available to an SG. Independent volume and tone controls grant the player the ability to dial in the perfect tone with ease.
