Here for sale we have a Gibson Custom Nathaniel Rateliff LG-2 Western in Vintage Sunburst finish. Made in the USA in 2025, this guitar consists of a solid Adirondack Red Spruce top, Mahogany back and sides and a Mahogany neck with 20-fret Indian Rosewood fingerboard and Pearloid Parallelogram inlays. Other appointments include Gotoh Keystone tuners, Bone nut and saddle and an LR Baggs VTC under saddle pickup system with soundhole mounted volume and tone controls.
 
The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the ‘Historic V’ profile feeling soft, mellow and almost ‘C’ like; providing comfortable thumb positioning in all registers and allowing quick and easy navigation across the neck. The Indian Rosewood fretboard and Pearloid inlays feel solid under the fingers and provide a smooth, elegant surface for the player to navigate, with the addition of a 1.725” width nut giving ample string spacing for accurate fingering. The small body design sits nicely in the arms, giving the player a responsive and comfortable playing experience.
 
 This guitar has a well-balanced, full bodied tone, producing a sweet and rich sonic profile, with a pronounced midrange and pleasing treble response. The Solid Red Spruce top and Traditional Hand-scalloped X-bracing contribute to the guitar's unassuming projection and sustain, whilst the Mahogany back and sides offer a warm and resonant low-mid range that make sustained chords ring on and on. The LR Baggs VTC Undersaddle pickup system allows the instrument's voice to be captured organically, producing the natural voice of this guitar beautifully through an amplifier.
