Here for sale we have a Gibson Les Paul Studio Pro 120th Anniversary in Heritage Cherry Sunburst finish. Built in the USA in 2014, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Mahogany body with a stunning AA Flamed Maple top, Mahogany neck and 22 Medium Jumbo fret Rosewood fingerboard. This instrument is equipped with Chrome hardware including a Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece along with a set of sealed Grover tuning machines. The Pickups are a pair of Gibson ‘57 Classic and Gibson Burstbucker Pro humbuckers, these are wired to a bridge and neck volume controls with added push/pull coil-split and pair of tone controls.
The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the 60’s SlimTaper filling the hand without feeling too cumbersome, providing a smooth and articulate playing experience. The Rosewood fingerboard feels pleasant under the fingers and provides a smooth playing surface for the user to explore, along with the 12” radius and Medium Jumbo frets making bending and vibrato techniques a breeze. The familiar lines of the body feel great in the arms, whilst the single cutaway body design provides the player with unobstructed access to the higher register, great for those high end lead lines.
The Gibson ‘57 Classic humbucker in the neck position sounds thick and full, with a rich low end great for rhythm tonalities. The middle position provides a punchy, tight midrange great for chordal styles of playing whilst being able to cut through a mix. The Burstbucker Pro humbucker in the bridge position produces a clear and articulate top end, balancing very well with a punchy output, providing a great feel and clarity, allowing the player to achieve a wide variety of tones all at the fingertips. In addition to this the push/pull coil-split features add even more versatility catering to whatever the player may require.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition. The front face of the headstock demonstrates light scratching under close scrutiny. The top of the headstock demonstrates a small chip on the front edge. The truss rod cover has a small crack beside the upper screw.
Neck: Overall very good condition. The rear of the neck demonstrates several light indentations behind the third fret, consistent with a capo. These can slightly be felt underhand but do not impact playability.
Body: Overall very good condition. There are light chips around the front edge of the guitar, specifically on the bass side lower bout and treble side waist. They are small chips however do break the finish and expose the wood beneath. Besides these marks there are light scratches visible under close scrutiny, most notably on the rear face above the control cavity.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate minimal signs of use, with a light flattening of the crown which does not affect playability. There is material remaining for any future fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
