Here for sale we have a Gibson Les Paul Classic T Electric Guitar with modifications in Gold Top finish. Made in the USA in 2017, this guitar consists of a Mahogany body with a Carved Maple top, a Mahogany neck, and a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include upgraded Jescar Evo-Gold frets, upgraded Grover locking tuners, a Nashville TOM bridge, and Stopbar tailpiece. The pickups have been upgraded to a DiMarzio DP151BCU in the neck position, and a DiMarzio DP100bcu Super Distortion in the bridge position. These are wired to two volume controls, two tone controls (push/pull coil split), and a three-way pickup selector.
The Mahogany neck plays beautifully, with the '60s Slim Taper profile offering comfortable playability and easy reach across the register. The gloss finish to the rear assists with smooth navigation of the 24.75" scale, whilst the single cutaway body design ensures easy access to the upper frets. The Rosewood of the fretboard is pleasant under the fingers, and with its traditional 12" radius is practical for a wide range of playing styles and techniques. The Mahogany body features traditional weight relief. This ensures comfort on long gigs without detracting from the 'classic' Les Paul experience; substantial & resonant. The upgraded Jescar Evo Gold frets provide a super smooth feel for bending and complete the luxurious aesthetic of this Gold Top.
The pair of DiMarzio humbucking pickups installed in this guitar deliver thick and full-bodied tones, lifting the rock and blues tones that the Les Paul has long been renowned for even higher than before. The DiMarzio DP151BCU in the neck position is warm and round, with plenty of power for pushing your lead lines and solos to the front of the mix. The DiMarzio DP100bcu Super Distortion in the bridge is of course brighter, perfect for rock rhythm parts and riffing because it can handle a serious amount of gain. There is all of the snarl and bite that we associate with rockin' Les Paul tones, yet at the same time definition and clarity is retained. The pickups clean up nicely too, with shimmering clean sounds ready for the softer sections of the set. The traditional Les Paul controls are as versatile as ever, offering comprehensive control of your sound right on the guitar.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. Light to mild indentation and delamination is present to the top edges of the headstock , these have not exposed the wood beneath the finish. Light to mild scratching is present to the front face of the headstock, these can be seen under direct light as is common with gloss finishes.
Neck: Overall excellent condition. All aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use.
Body: Overall very good condition. Light to mild lacquer checking is present to all aspects of the body, the most apparent of these can be seen to the front face and to the treble side cutaway edge, this is common with nitrocellulose finishes. Light delamination of the lacquer finish can be seen to the neck heel, this does not affect the instrument's structure and is purely aesthetical. Light to mild indentations are present to the edges of the body, the most apparent of these can be seen to the treble side edges, these have not exposed the wood beneath.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. This guitar has had a full refret in Jescar Evo-Gold fret wire done to a professional standard. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (5/16" socket) not included.
Hardware: Overall very good condition. Mild tarnishing and oxidation is present to all aspects of the metal hardware, this is most prominent to the bridge and tailpiece.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm

Electrics: Fully functional. A previous owner has replaced the original pickups with a Dimarzio DP151BCU in the neck position and a Dimarzio DP100bcu Super Distortion in the bridge position, the original pickups are not included.
Case & Accessories
Gibson hard case.
Overall very good condition and fully functional. A previous owner has applied white tape to the side of the case with the model of the instrument written on, with this Velcro pad has also been applied to the side edge of the case. Glue residue is present to the exterior of the lid.
Original Gibson paperwork and multi-tool included.
