Here for sale we have a G&L Legacy Electric Guitar in Transparent Red finish. This guitar features an Alder body, Maple neck and 22 Medium Jumbo fret Maple fingerboard. The hardware featured on this guitar consists of a G&L dual-fulcrum vibrato and Sperzel Locking tuning machines. The pickups in this guitar are a trio of G&L CLF-100 single-coils and these are wired to a 5-way blade selector, master volume and two tone controls.
The Satin finish Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the ‘C’ profile allowing for easy fretting in any register and lending itself well to a wide variety of styles. The Maple fingerboard is pleasant to the touch, and with its 12” radius offers a nice balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for string bends. The Medium jumbo frets enhance vibrato and string bending techniques whilst also providing a rock-solid and smooth playing experience.
The trio of G&L pickups installed in this guitar deliver classic tones with some extra grunt from the humbucker in the bridge. The G&L CLF-100 Alnico V Single-Coil neck pickup is warm and round, with plenty of power to push your lead lines and solos to the front of the mix. The G&L CLF-100 Alnico V Single-Coil in the middle position is bright and clear, and is well suited to funky rhythm sounds.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition. Two very light indentations are present to the treble side top edge of the headstock, these can only be seen under close scrutiny. All other aspects of the headstock display light signs of past use.
Neck: Overall excellent condition. Light scratching and indentations are present across the rear of the neck, the most apparent can be lightly felt t the 9th fret. All other aspects of the neck and fingerboard display light signs of past use.
Body: Overall very good condition. A light indentation is present to the treble side of the rear face, this can be seen near the horn cutaway. All aspects of the body display light to mild scratching which can be seen under direct light, as is common with gloss finishes.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate moderate signs of use, not affecting playability. Denting and flattening of the frets is apparent throughout the register. There is moderate material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the metal hardware display light tarnishing, consistent with previous use. Light scratching is present to the pick guard. Tremolo arm included.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
