Here for sale we have a Fret King Eclat Standard Electric Guitar in Cherry Red finish. Made in India in 2023, this guitar consists of a 2-piece Mahogany body, a Mahogany neck, and a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Wilkinson post mounted GTBCR bridge, Wilkinson WJ55 machine heads, a Graph Tech nut, and a set of Fret King Soapstack Soap Bar Pickups. These pickups are wired to a master volume (push/push latching kill switch), master tone, a varicoil control, and a 3-way pickup selector.
 
The Mahogany neck plays well, with the Soft 'C' profile providing a comforting feel whilst remaining slim enough for articulate playing. The gloss finish to the rear is pleasant to the touch and assists with smooth navigation of the 25.5" scale. The Rosewood fingerboard is very smooth, and with its 10" radius delivers a well rounded playing experience whilst retaining modern practicality for string bending and vibrato techniques, further enhanced by the Medium Jumbo frets. The classically designed body contours sit comfortably against the body, whilst the single cutaway provides excellent access to the upper frets. 
 
The Fret King Soapstack Soap Bar Pickups produce a variety of tones, sounding excellent on clean and slightly overdriven settings, highly suitable for jazz, blues, country or even rock genres. The neck pickup delivers a deep, warm tone that offers clear and rounded notes. The bridge pickup gives the player a more jangly and trebly tone that provides a punchy high-mid range, however the blending of the pickups gives the best of both worlds in the middle position. The Varicoil control knob allows the player to progressively roll both or either pickups from double coil to single coil, adding a whole host of tonal opportunities.
