Here for sale we have a Fidelity Double Standard Lite I Electric Guitar. Made in the UK in 2017, this bolt-on constructed custom guitar consists of an Obeche body, a Roasted Plain Maple neck, and a 22-fret Wenge fingerboard. Other appointments include Wilkinson Deluxe vintage-style tuners, a Fidelity Guitars billet aluminium bridge with Gotoh SW-3 brass saddles, and a Mojotron Filtertron pickup. This pickup is wired to a master volume, and a no-load tone control.

The Jescar medium jumbo frets feel solid under the fingers and are great for bends up and down the instrument. The medium/chunky "C" profile feels solid and great to grip in the hand. Having the large neck allows you to really provide more support for the fretting hand when playing chords. The chunky neck provides more sustain and a full-bodied sound due to its stiffness and density.

The Mojotron Filtertron pickup sounds bright and thick, with a good mid and bass response. The addition of the 'no-load' tone control makes this guitar even more interesting. When dialling the tone between one and nine, the tone control acts how any other tone control would. However, when dialled up to ten, the tone control is taken out of the circuit and you get a direct circuit of pickup to output. This feature when used allows for a clearer and brighter tone.

Please be aware that for international buyers import fees are not included in our postage and packaging cost, this only covers the cost of the guitar being sent to you. Import fees will be charged by Customs upon the guitar's arrival in the recipient country. Due to Brexit, this also applies to EU buyers. We advise checking the total import cost with Customs as this is not information we are able to accurately provide.
