Fender have brought rolled fingerboard edges to their Player II series and it makes a world of difference, feeling comfortable and seamless all the way up the neck. The Maple fingerboard provides a robust and durable playing surface, and with its 9.5" radius offers a perfect marriage between comfortable playability and modern practicality. The single cut-away design provides the player with extended reach into the upper register, ensuring you can make use of all 22 Medium Jumbo frets.
The Player Series Alnico 5 Tele Single-Coil pickups provide all of the classic Telecaster tones that you would expect, with plenty of roundness and warmth in the neck and cutting, trebly 'Tele Twang' in the bridge. Clean sounds are glassy and shimmering, whilst driving the amp offers some searing crunch tones. The familiar Telecaster control layout offers comprehensive control of your sound right on the guitar. Perfect for a wide range of styles from country to blues, this guitar offers authentic Telecaster tones at an affordable price.
