Here for sale we have a Fender Paramount PD-220E Electro-Acoustic guitar in Natural finish. Made in China in 2022, this guitar features an all-solid construction comprising Mahogany back and sides, Solid Spruce top, Mahogany neck and 20 fret Ovangkol fingerboard and matching bridge. A Bone saddle and nut are features, along with Nickel open-back tuning machines. A Fender/Fishman Presys VT Plus undersaddle piezo and body pickup are installed, with master volume and blend control mounted in the soundhole.
The Mahogany neck plays well, with the 'C' shape profile feeling comfortable in the hand and providing easy reach in all registers. The Satin finish to the rear ensures that navigation of the 25.3" scale is a smooth and simple affair. The Ovangkol fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers, and with its 15.75" radius provides a nicely flat and consistent playing surface right the way up the register, perfect for fingerstyle. The Dreadnaught body size is very comfortable in the arms, feeling easily manoeuvrable in both seated and standing positions.
The all-solid construction of this guitar ensures a beautiful resonance that colours every note played on the instrument. The Mahogany back and sides provide depth and warmth to the sound with a detailed low end and punchy mids, The Solid Spruce top adds brightness and plenty more snap to the tone, whilst also offering a wide and sensitive dynamic range. The onboard pickup system faithfully conveys the voice of the Paramount, with discreet soundhole mounted controls allowing you to blend the sound of the piezo and body pickups for a natural sounding tone.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. The front face displays light scratching throughout, only visible under direct light at certain angles, as is common on gloss finishes. The rear face top edge demonstrates some light indentation and scuffing that has removed the finish, slightly revealing the wood beneath.
Neck: Overall excellent condition. Any markings to the neck and fingerboard are difficult to discern.
Body: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the body demonstrate light scratching and scuff marks, none of which have removed the finish to reveal the wood beneath.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional and very good condition. Some light scratching is present to the pickguard and the protective plastic is still in place from the factory.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-2mm - Bass 2.5mm
