Here for sale we have a Fender Modern Player Telecaster Thinline Deluxe in Transparent Charcoal finish. Made in China in 2012, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Lightweight Semi-Hollow Mahogany body, Maple neck and 22 fret Maple fingerboard. Nickel/Chrome hardware is fitted including a Vintage-Style Strat Strings-Through-Body Hardtail bridge and Vintage-Style Split-Post tuning machines. A pair of Fender Modern Player MP90 pickups are installed, and are wired to a 3-way toggle switch, along with independent volume and tone controls.
The Maple neck plays very well, with Fender's 'C' profile filling the hand nicely for a suitably vintage-inspired playing experience whilst avoiding feeling cumbersome. The sanded feel to the rear of the neck- added by a previous owner, ensures that the 25.5" scale feels easily manoeuvrable, even with the heat and stickiness that can come with playing on stage. The 9.5" fingerboard radius and Medium Jumbo frets are highly practical for both chordal and melodic playing, with improved string bending and vibrato feel over some of the more traditional models. The Lightweight Semi-Hollow Mahogany body is comfortable in the arms and easy on the shoulders; perfect for the gigging musician.
The pair of Fender Modern Player MP90 pickups deliver a unique and exciting tone. Distinct from both single-coil and humbucking pickups, the tone is warm and round without being too woolly, providing ample clarity for lead lines and solos in the neck position. The bridge is brighter of course, and can handle plenty of gain for a full-throttle rhythm tone. The independent volume and tone controls offer comprehensive control of your tone right on the guitar, responding well to slight changes and ensuring you sound just right in any situation.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. Light to mild indentations are present to the treble and top edges of the headstock, some of these have chipped the finish exposing the wood beneath.
Neck: Overall very good condition. Light indentations are present to the rear of the neck to the treble side, these have discolored the finish and can be felt in the playing position
Body: Overall very good condition. Light to mild indentations are present to all aspects of the body, the most apparent of these can be seen to the center of this rear face where the finish has been pierced but does not expose the wood beneath. Light paint transfer is present to the treble side lower bout edge. All aspects of the body display light scratching which can be seen under direct light, as is common with gloss finishes. A light lacquer crack is present to the treble side of the neck pocket, this has been tested and present no structural concerns.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate moderate signs of use, not affecting playability. Denting and flattening of the frets is apparent throughout the register. There is moderate material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Truss Rod: Fully functional & adjustable. No truss rod tool included (hex 3/16")
Hardware: Overall very good condition. Mild scratching is present to the pick guard, these can be seen under direct light and is consistent with regular past use. Light tarnishing is present to the bridge, saddles and tuning machines, this is consistent with past use.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.75mm - Bass 2mm
