Here for sale we have a Fender Limited Edition Player Stratocaster HSS Plus Top in Blue Burst finish. Made in Mexico in 2022. this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising an Alder Body with Flame Maple top, a Maple neck and 22 fret Maple fingerboard. Nickel/Chrome hardware is fitted including a 2-point tremolo bridge and Fender Sealed tuning machines. A trio of Fender pickups are installed in an HSS configuration, with a Fender Player Series Alnico 2 humbucker in the bridge and a pair of Fender Player Series Alnico 5 Single-Coils in the neck and middle positions. These are wired to a 5-way blade switch, master volume, neck tone and middle tone controls, as well as a bridge tone control.
 
The Maple neck plays very well, with Fender's popular Modern 'C' profile filling the hand nicely for a substantial grip when chord playing, yet remaining slim enough for fast articulate playing. The Maple fingerboard provides a smooth and durable playing surface, and with its 9.5" radius is well suited to lead lines and string bending. This paired with the Medium Jumbo frets ensures a playing experience which is perfect for the more technical Strat player. The Satin finish to the rear of the neck is pleasant to the touch and ensures that navigation of the 25.5" scale length is an absolute breeze. 
 
The pickups in this guitar offer a great versatile sound, they produce a mixture of sparkly tones with a hint of a darker undertones, whilst retaining clarity with each note. The Fender Player Series Alnico 2 humbucker in the bridge provides a full driving mid range with the best natural harmonic overtones, and a top end that produces a crunchy edge. The Fender Player Series Alnico 5 single-coil in the middle position produces a smooth single coil sound with more output and more mids, providing bright trebles and full warm bass, and lends itself well to rhythm tones. The Fender Player Series Alnico 5 single-coil in the neck position provides a warm, rounded sound, offering a smooth tone that handles distorted tones as well as it handles clean tones.
