Here for sale we have a Fender Kurt Cobain Jag-Stang electric guitar in Sonic Blue finish. Made in Mexico in 2022, this guitar features a bolt-on construction consisting of an Alder body, Rosewood fingerboard and Maple neck. Other appointments include a 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Mustang Trem bridge and Vintage-Style tuning machines. A Jag-Stang single coil is fitted in the neck while a Jag-Stang humbucker is fitted in the bride. These pickups are wired to a master volume and tone controls as well as individual On/Off-In/Out Phase Slide Switches.
The Maple neck plays well, with the 'Slim C' profile feeling fast and articulate, whilst the Gloss finish to the rear ensures effortless transitions into any position. The Rosewood fingerboard provides a robust and durable playing surface, and with its 7.25" radius offers a comfortable playability, whilst the 24" short-scale reduces string tension for effortless playing
The pair of Jag Stang pickups installed deliver classic Fender tones in a simple and user-friendly package. The neck pickup is round and smooth, great for shimmering clean sounds and thick lead tones. The Jag-Stang humbucker at the bridge produces a thick and powerful midrange. The slider switches offer great versatility, really letting you dial in a unique tone!
