Here for sale we have a Fender FSR Vintera 50s Modified Telecaster Electric Guitar in Shell Pink finish. Made in Mexico in 2021, this guitar consists of an Alder body, a Roasted Maple neck, and a 21-fret Roasted Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include Vintage-Style tuners, a 3-Saddle American Vintage bridge with Brass saddles, and Nickel/Chrome hardware. The pickups installed in this guitar are a Custom Shop Vintage-Style Single-Coil Tele in the bridge, and a Custom Shop "Twisted" Single-Coil Tele in the neck. These pickups are wired to a master volume (S-1 switch), master tone, and a 4-way pickup selector.
The Roasted Maple neck plays very well, with the Thick Soft ‘V’ profile sitting very comfortably in the hand and promotes ergonomic hand positioning, feeling chunky and smooth whilst providing an articulate playing experience. The Roasted Maple fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers and offers a tactile and durable playing surface. The 9.5" radius delivers a suitably vintage-inspired playing experience whilst retaining practicality for lead lines and string bending, further enhanced by the Medium Jumbo frets.
The pair of Custom Shop Single Coils sound very well balanced, with plenty of clarity and warmth in the neck and the classic Telecaster ‘Twang’ in the bridge. A detailed low end is complemented well by a smooth midrange, whilst the high frequencies are bright and shimmering. The S-1 switch and 4-way pickup selector provide more tonal complexities by providing out of phase single coil sounds. The pickups cut through nicely, putting your playing front and centre in even the densest of mixes.
Please be aware that for international buyers import fees are not included in our postage and packaging cost, this only covers the cost of the guitar being sent to you. Import fees will be charged by Customs upon the guitar's arrival in the recipient country. Due to Brexit, this also applies to EU buyers. We advise checking the total import cost with Customs as this is not information we are able to accurately provide.
